Never trained before? Good — most of us hadn't either.

You don't need to be fit. You don't need to be tough. You don't need to know a thing. The first class is the scariest part, and everyone in the building has been exactly where you're standing.

You'll go at your own pace, partnered with someone who'll show you the ropes. Nobody's getting thrown in to fight on day one. Come as you are — we'll take it from there

Real coaching, hard sparring, training partners who'll test you. We run a competition team and our people fight and compete for real — so if you want to sharpen up, chase a division, or just roll with people who'll give you a hard time in the best way, you've found the room.

We also run invite-only sessions — small, near-private classes where the coaches work on your game, person by person, not a room of thirty. And if you're chasing competition, there are extra semi-private comp-prep sessions. We're building a team, and we back the people who want it.

Invite-only skill sessions and comp-prep for anyone heading to the mat to compete. Selective and serious — but we don't charge extra for ambition.

Women train here too.

Same coaching, same mats, same respect as everyone else. It's a looked-after room — no egos, no creeps, no weird energy. Coaches keep an eye on the whole floor, and anyone who can't behave themselves doesn't last. You're here to train, and we make sure that's all it is.

It's also genuinely useful: you'll pick up real self-defence skills and the kind of quiet confidence that comes from knowing you can handle yourself.

What you can train

Striking — Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai. Hands, kicks, footwork, pads. Brilliant cardio, and it clicks fast.

Grappling — BJJ (No-Gi), Wrestling. No strikes. Control, leverage, takedowns, submissions — the thinking person's scrap.

MMA. Where it all comes together. Best once you've got a bit of both under you.

Strength & Conditioning. The engine room. Get fitter, move better, last longer in every other class.

Kids and teens welcome too — ages 8 and up.
